Information On Monthly Fees and Discount Rates.

These rates apply to all the credit card processing terminals we sell!

When you purchase any of our card swipe terminals you will be be able to accept Visa and Mastercard at a discount rate of 1.65% and 20 cents per transaction upon approval. We have a 99% approval rate.

If you wish to accept American Express and Discover please let us know when you fill out our Merchant Application Worksheet. We will submit your application free of charge to American Express and Discover and they will contact you directly with the discount rates charged and provide all necessary information. The normal discount rate for American Express is between 3% and 3.25% and Discover will generally match your Visa and Mastercard rate of 1.65% or be slightly higher. Once again the transaction fee is 20 cents for these cards also.

The discount rate is just a percentage that is deducted from the total sales amount. For Example, if you sell an item for $100 and your customer pays by Visa the charge would be 1.65% x $100 = $1.65 This amount would be deducted from the money paid to you. There is also a 20 cent transaction fee, so in total, that transaction of $100 by visa would cost you $1.65 for the discount rate + 20 cents for the transaction fee = $1.85 total.

Total monthly fees will not exceed $40 and include a hardcopy of your statement mailed monthly, direct deposit services, instant authorization, 24 hour customer service, technical support and the Visa and Mastercard monthly minimums.
